Andrew Dale
Chief Executive Officer
Andrew joined APX in June 2004 in a Regional Sales and Marketing role and progressed quickly to General Manager. Andrew was appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer in April 2007.
Originally from the UK, Andrew began a career in FMCG before an introduction to the Travel Industry with UK based airline BMI British Midland in London. An 8 year term with Virgin Atlantic Airways followed as Head of Account Management. In 2004 Andrew relocated to New Zealand and after 4 months experiencing all that is great about New Zealand, began a career with APX based in Wellington. This diverse knowledge of the Travel Industry, distribution models and supplier insight mixed with high energy, a contagious enthusiasm and a professional approach to customer excellence serves Andrew well in leading this exciting company.

Andrew Barnard
General Manager Technology & eCommerce
After graduating from Victoria University in 1985, Andrew’s career in travel began with the Government Tourist Bureau in Wellington. Since then, Andrew has held a wide variety of consulting and management positions in leading New Zealand corporate travel management companies including as Head of IT Applications New Zealand at Stella Travel Services. Andrew now manages the team of APX reporting analysts and product specialists focused on enhancing customer experience and internal capability. Andrew recently completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business & Administration majoring in Management from Massey University.

Brendan Drury
General Manager Commercial
As General Manager – Commercial at APX, Brendan Drury is leading the charge in the customer relationship, acquisition and marketing space for APX with a strong 25 person team working alongside him.
A career which spans over 25 years in the airline and travel industry both in New Zealand and internationally, Brendan brings to APX an unrivalled level of leadership in corporate travel management strategies, integration, marketing and change management.
In his role, Brendan retains national responsibility for all customer accounts from Whangarei to Invercargill.
Brendan’s leadership is motivated through maintaining business balance with sustainable growth, diversification and innovation. This is coupled with a staff culture which is empowering, commercial and creative in its thinking.
As a member of the APX Executive team, Brendan shares responsibility for the future strategic direction of one of New Zealand’s most progressive Travel Management Companies, with a focus on all aspects of the travel supply chain.
Prior to joining APX, Brendan was General Manager FCm Travel Solutions, Group Manager at Air New Zealand Business Direct, the corporate travel management company for Air New Zealand. He has enjoyed many years with Air New Zealand in a variety of capacities, both locally and in Singapore where he held the position of Regional Marketing Manager, Asia Japan.

Lynn Adams-Pearce
General Manager Operations & Quality
Lynn started in the travel industry in 1986 and has had a number of diverse roles within the UK and New Zealand giving her a wealth of experience, including General Manager Quality and Technology, Retail Franchise Owner, Groups & Incentives Manager, Leisure Sales Manager and more recently prior to the merge General Manager Operation and Corporate Services. Lynn has had almost 10 years of Quality Management within her portfolio as well as a strong focus on the Environmental Aspects and Impact over the past three years.

Dean Harding
Chief Financial Officer
Dean joined APX as Chief Financial Officer in February 2008. He brings extensive corporate financial experience across a broad range of industries and has more than 15 years experience in financial, commercial and operational roles.
Dean is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand and a Certified Internal Auditor. He holds a Master of Business Administration with Distinction and a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University of Wellington.
