  • I currently book all my flights on the internet and then call a hotel and rental car company of which I have my favourites, so what benefit would I get from booking these with APX?

    APX can offer the same airfares with Air NZ, Qantas and low cost carriers including Jetstar and Pacific Blue that you would find on the internet.   • I'd like to get a better understanding of how much we spend on travel each year. Most of our travellers book their own requirements and pay by credit card so how would you be able to help us?

    By consolidating all your travel arrangements through APX, we can offer accurate and regular management reporting that will provide you with a detailed analysis of your travel expenditure. When you have regular travellers it's also important to track behaviour. This includes monitoring the number of changes made to an itinerary or recording when the best available airfare is not being chosen.

  • One of my biggest challenges is changing my travel out of business hours. When I've booked on the internet I have to go through to a call centre to have changes made and I pay for this service. How would APX differ in this area?

    APX offer a fully serviced, NZ based after hours service that is available outside of our normal extended business hours of 6.30 am - 7.00 pm.  We have many scenarios both within NZ and overseas where we have provided immediate assistance to travellers.  This can occasionally include repatriation due to global occurrences and your travellers will have peace of mind that they can contact us Free of Charge to provide on the spot assistance, regardless of the time difference.
